How do I get started?

Place your order online by 10pm each Monday. Your meals will be provided in microwaveable/dishwasher safe containers. Immediately refrigerate your meals upon delivery.

When will my meals be delivered?

If you order by 10pm Monday cutoff time, you will receive your meals by delivery on Thursday from 4pm-7pm, or your meals will be available for pickup in Sulphur, LA on Friday.

When will the next week’s menu be available?

The menu for the following week will be available each Wednesday at 8am. The menu will remain open for shopping through the following Monday at 10pm.

How do I prepare my meals?

The meals are packaged in microwaveable safe containers. Remove your meal from the refrigerator and take out any lemon, lime, fruit cup, salad, tortilla or sauces before microwaving. In order to properly heat your meal, vent your lid back while leaving it on top of the container for heating. Place the container in the microwave and heat for 90 seconds. Meats should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Allow meal to cool for 1 minute and enjoy!

How long will the food keep?

According to health code, when properly stored and refrigerated, the meals will hold for 7 days. Your meals will need to consumed by the end of day Friday. If you want to consume your meals past Friday, we recommend to freeze them.

Does our menu change?

Yes, the menu will have a different variety of meals each week.

Can I modify my meal?

Yes, there are options to select from on each meal that allow you to modify. If there is something specific you are needing, be sure to contact us ahead of time so we can make sure to satisfy your accommodations/needs if possible.
